voxcaelorumMore than a day late and over a buck short. Here is a delineation of the New Moon chart for March of 2021, which occurred 5 days ago.
Regarding the lunations-- very little work has been done with these, so I'm kind of flying blind. My thought is that I'm going to do a few more, just focusing on the New Moon, and then do a retrospective and see what sense we can make of lunation charts generally.
Let's take a look at the Lunation chart and write it up as though we were getting to this on time, ignoring any confirming events of the last 5 days insofar as possible:
Let's start by looking at the Lunation itself, and then make our way around the Wheel of Houses.
Raphael tells us that the Lunation falling in the First House denotes "many chages in the country, much activity, and if well aspected many benefits to the community at large."
Our Lunation is in the First House and in Pisces, conjunct Neptune, the ruler of Pisces, and Venus, who is exalted in Pisces. And so we have here a a quadruple conjunction of the Sun, Moon, Venus, and Neptune, coming right before the Spring Equinox. Of these four planets, Neptune is the strongest, as the whole conjunction takes place in Pisces, the Sign of his rulership.
Neptune rules illusion and delusion, mysticism and high ideals; at the political level, he rules socialism and other world-saving movements. In this chart, his activity is colored by his conjunction with benefic Venus, who is exalted in Pisces and thus lending her power in the most beneficial way possible. His conjunction to the Moon suggests that his efforts will be directed toward the people generally-- or, rather, the most visible elements of the population.
All of this suggests reasonably good times ahead. More specifically-- since this chart specifically focuses on politics-- it suggests direct government attention to the American people and attempts to aid them by more-or-less socialistic means. The latest round of Stimulus was passed by Congress just 3 days before the New Moon chart went into effect, and that may be indicated here.
There are two flies in the ointment. The first is this: Pisces is intercepted in this chart. Intercepted signs fall between the cusps of two Houses and therefore rule none. An intercepted sign indicates an energy that isn't able to fully manifest. This suggests that the best efforts of the political class to help the American people may fall short of their intentions.
The second fly is the Sun. Conjunctions to the Sun are called combustion; they prevent a planet's power from manifesting, as the rays of the Sun "burn them up." This further indicates what we just suggested-- Good intentions may produce a sense that "happy days are here again," but it may prove to be short lived and delusional.
The First House rules the people generally, and its cusp is in in Aquarius. The First House is very bus yin this chart. Jupiter and Mercury are in Aquarius conjunct the House Cusp, and the quadruple conjunction mentioned above is found herein.
Since the House Cusp is in Aquarius, Uranus is its ruler. Uranus is in a very bad position in this chart, in his Fall in Taurus and square to Saturn. We've discussed Uranus in Taurus and the Saturn square at length. More important for our present purposes is Uranus's position conjunct the cadent Third House. Planets in cadent Houses (3, 6, 9 and 12) are weakened. Moreover, Uranus has no major aspect to the quadruple conjunction in Pisces and no relationship to Jupiter or Mercury. This suggests that, despite the efforts of the government, there is a large part of the American population that isn't receiving any help and isn't able to make their voice heard.
This is further suggested by an exact semi-square between Uranus and the Lunation. Semi-squares are minor aspects, and so need to be close to exact to be worthy of consideration. This one is pretty close to exact. The semi-square is an aspect, above all else, of frustration, and in particular of frustrations that cannot easily be resolved. This further confirms that there is a large portion of the population that is simply being left behind by the government, the political class, and the socialistic activist movements. I will leave it to the reader to speculate who that might be.

The Third House is the house of internal travel and communication, publishing and the Internet. The Third House is in Taurus, and so indicators are somewhat mixed. Taurus's ruler is Venus. Venus, as we have seen, is exalted in Pisces, and benefits from her conjunction to the Moon. The conjunction to Neptune is a mixed indicator, as Neptune is a mixed sort of planet, ruling intoxication and delusion-- and communism-- along with unity and mysticism. Finally, Venus is weakened by her combustion to the Sun, suggesting good intentions that are based on inaccurate information (Neptune, Sun) and thus fail to fully manifest (combustion).
Uranus here is a bad indicator as usual, suggesting strife and conflict; in particular, the Uranus-Saturn square seems to relate to the Coronavirus lockdowns and the resistance against them.

Gemini and Mercury suggest that populist and conservative ideas continue to gain traction in the national conversation.

The Moon's conjunction to the Sun (the president), Venus (celebrities), and Neptune (Black Lives Matter) tells us more of what we already know. The entertainment industry continues to love the president, to shill for radical left-wing movements, and to be completely out of touch with reality.
The Sixth House is also in Cancer, and so also ruled by the Moon. The Sixth House rules public health, the army and the navy, and the working class. Of course we've already seen, during the time of this lunation, that the military loves the president and radical left-wing movements, and is completely out of touch with reality; this probably applies to the big-name unions as well, especially the Teachers Union (which is also involved in the Fifth House). As an indicator of public health, this House is decidedly mixed; indications that things are getting better may turn out to be illusionary.

Insofar as Saturn represents the Democrats in this chart, their position is stronger than the Republicans as this time.

Like the Democrats in their conflict with the Republicans, our national institutions are temporarily strengthened against their popular enemies at this time. It's interesting to note that Pluto, ruler of the underworld and those who work in the shadows, is on the cusp of this house, and making a sextile to the quadruple conjunction. Consider this in light of the ongoing political interference by our intelligence agencies, and draw your own conclusions.
